Appellant, Marvin Dupree, seeks reversal of his conviction and sentence for three counts of possession of cocaine, three counts for the sale of cocaine, and one count of trafficking in cocaine. Because we find that each of the transactions of March 10, 1995, May 10, 1995, May 12, 1995, and June 1, 1995, were separate offenses, we find that the trial court erred in denying appellant's motion for severance.
