On April 4, 1997, the Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility petitioned this court for disciplinary action against Rodney J. Olson (Olson), an attorney admitted to practice law in Minnesota on October 23, 1956. The petition set forth two separate counts of misconduct.
