Plaintiff, Carlos Sampson, appeals the dismissal of his personal injury suit arising out of an automobile collision. The accident occurred on May 1, 1993, at the intersection of West Esplanade Avenue and Edenborn Avenue in Metairie, when Sampson's vehicle was struck by a vehicle owned by Judith Dorfi and operated by Derek Laquerre.
