This is the second appeal taken to this court in this criminal matter. In the first appeal defendant, Thomas Lisotta, sought review of his conviction and sentence after a trial on a charge of indecent behavior with a juvenile in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:81.1 We affirmed the conviction; however, we found the seven year prison term to be excessive.
