Two Illinois farmers, Troy W. and William L. Greenig,1 each filed Chapter 12 bankruptcy petitions. As required by statute, the clerk of the bankruptcy court sent notices to all of their listed creditors, including Appellant United Feeds, Inc. ("UF"), informing them of the deadline date for the filing of proofs of claims. Before the deadline date, the Greenigs submitted, and the bankruptcy court confirmed, their reorganization...
