Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant's contention, the People did not fail to give proper notice under CPL 710.30 of their intention to introduce at trial the identification testimony of the undercover officer who had functioned as the so-called "ghost" in this buy-and-bust operation, as such notice was not required for that officer's confirmatory identification (see, People v Wharton, 74 N.Y.2d 921
