The Commonwealth appeals from the order that quashed the criminal information filed in Warren County against Daniel C. Wittenburg. The Commonwealth argues that Section 110 of the Crimes Code does not mandate the conclusion that Wittenburg's actions on November 17, 1996, constituted a single criminal episode.
