Plaintiff, Joshua Douglas Reeves, sustained an on the job accident when a sandblasting pot he was moving fell on him injuring his lower back and knee. Reeves was employed by Structural Preservation Systems (hereafter SPS). Reeves subsequently underwent several surgical interventions on his knee. Suit was filed on behalf of Reeves against SPS, its insurer (Argonaut Insurance Company), and a co-employee (Darryl Chapman) alleging that the accident was caused...
