ARMSTRONG, Judge.

This is a maritime workplace personal injury action. Summary judgment was granted in favor of the defendant. Ultimately, the plaintiff's motion for new trial was denied, based upon the borrowed servant defense and the exclusive remedy provisions of the federal Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C. § 905. We affirm.
