MAGILL, Circuit Judge.

Russell Chevre appeals from his conviction and sentence for possessing with intent to distribute methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a). Chevre argues that the district court1 erred in refusing to compel the government to identify a confidential informant, refusing to suppress an incriminating statement, and refusing to grant a downward departure for acceptance of responsibility. We affirm.
