Defendant-appellee, Stephen B. Boys, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol pursuant to R.C. 4511.19(A)(1) and (A)(3). He moved to suppress the results of a breath test and other evidence, claiming, among other things, that the stop of his vehicle and his subsequent arrest violated his Fourth Amendment rights.
