This is an appeal from a trial court judgment in a personal injury action for damages.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

On March 14, 1993, plaintiff, Irma Smith, was injured after she fell in the parking lot of a Piggly Wiggly grocery store. Mrs. Smith testified at trial that as she was exiting the store and returning to her vehicle, her attention was diverted by another vehicle pulling into the parking lot.
