John David Lovelace (appellant) appeals his bench trial convictions by the Circuit Court of Halifax County (trial court) for possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. He contends the trial court erred in (1) denying his motion to suppress and (2) finding the evidence sufficient to prove he intended to distribute the cocaine.
