Rumley, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas that granted the Civ.R. 12(B)(6) motion to dismiss filed by defendant, Buckingham, Doolittle, and Burroughs, a legal professional association. On appeal, plaintiff advances the following four assignments of error:
