Hartley, sued Macon Bacon Tune, Inc., d/b/a Precision Tune ("Precision Tune") for personal injuries and loss of consortium respectively after Robin Hartley allegedly sustained injuries from a slip and fall at Precision Tune. The Hartleys (collectively "Hartley") appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment.
