Danny Hovendick and Robert Spollen, officers of the now dissolved corporation of PlantSystems, Inc., appeal from the trial court's order granting summary judgment to Presidential Financial Corporation (Presidential) on its claim for money due under a promissory note personally guaranteed by Hovendick and Spollen. For the reasons discussed below, we find no error and affirm the judgment of the trial court.
