Osborne Bonding & Surety Company ("Osborne Bonding") entered into a bond with principal/defendant Juan Martin Olmos in the amount of $5,000. When Olmos failed to appear in court as ordered, a bench warrant and rule nisi scheduling the bond forfeiture proceeding were issued.
