AMUNDSON, Justice.

¶ Employee brought suit against employer for slander and defamation when employer conveyed information about employee to a prospective employer. The prospective employer rescinded an offer of employment as a result. The trial court granted summary judgment for the employer. Employee appeals. We affirm.
