Dennis Jahnke appeals from a judgment awarding Sandra K. Ward half of the equity in Jahnke's house. Ward, who cohabited with Jahnke for approximately twelve years, received a jury award of $45,000 based on a theory of unjust enrichment. Jahnke argues that: (1) Ward did not meet her burden of proof for an unjust enrichment claim based on the factors outlined in Watts v. Watts, 137 Wis.2d 506, 405 N.W.2d 303...
