Terry L. Wilson was a minor at the time he committed the crime of delivering a controlled substance. The government moved to transfer him to adult status pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 5032, and after a hearing, the district court granted the motion. Wilson subsequently pled guilty, reserving his right to challenge the transfer ruling. He now claims three errors in the district court's ruling...
