Plaintiff-appellant Adelbert Novak ("plaintiff") appeals the order of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees American Community Mutual Insurance Company ("ACMIC"), Howard Cooper ("Cooper"), and Henry Reed ("Reed").
