Rafael Moreno-Pena appeals from the district court's2 probable cause determination in this 21 U.S.C. § 881 (1994) civil forfeiture action. He also contests the exclusion of certain evidence and the overruling of his objections to a series of questions asked by the government on cross-examination. We affirm.
