Mattie Harkness, individually and on behalf of a class of persons who entered into pawn transactions with EZ Pawn Alabama, Inc. ("EZ Pawn"), sued EZ Pawn, alleging a violation of Ala.Code 1975, § 32-8-60 et seq. (the Alabama Uniform Certificate of Title and Antitheft Act), as well as claims of conversion, fraud, the tort of outrage, and unconscionable conduct. The trial court entered a summary judgment for EZ Pawn on all of Harkness's claims....
