STATEMENT OF THE FACTS

Plaintiff Oneida Ltd. moves for summary judgment in this declaratory judgment action seeking a determination as to whether Utica Mutual or Republic Western, two of plaintiffs' insurance carriers, will be obligated to provide coverage for any liability exceeding $1,000,000 (the purported limit of the Republic Western policy)1
