Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, that branch of the defendant's motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint is granted, and the complaint is dismissed.

On the night of September 24, 1992, the plaintiff was allegedly robbed by a group of youths in the lobby of his building in the Glenmore Plaza Housing Development. Shortly thereafter, the plaintiff encountered his assailants outside of the building...
