Following a foreclosure by executory process, summary proceedings were conducted to rank the claims against the funds in the registry of the court. Intervenor, Regions Bank of Louisiana, appeals from a trial court judgment awarding all of the proceeds from the sheriff's sale to the plaintiff, Ouachita Valley Federal Credit Union ("the credit union"). We affirm.
