NOW before the Court for consideration is Debtors' Objection to the Proof of Claim as filed by Community Credit Union ("CCU") ("Objection") and Debtors' Motion for Sanctions. These matters are related and have been combined for the purposes of this opinion. This opinion constitutes the Court's findings of fact and conclusions of law to the extent required by Federal Rule of Bankruptcy
