PER CURIAM.

Michael Mordenti appeals the trial court's summary denial of his motion to vacate judgment filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. For the reasons expressed, we reverse the summary denial and remand this cause for a Huff1 hearing at which the trial court must allow Mordenti's counsel an opportunity to be heard on the motion.
