Appellant, Plaintiff/below, Robin Dolan, appeals from the Order of the Superior Court that dismissed her complaint for personal injuries, pursuant to Superior Court Civil Rule 4(j), because of her failure to have served on Defendant/below, Appellee, Maryann Williams, the complaint within 120 days of its filing. Dolan admits that the complaint was not served on Williams within 120 days of its filing, but contends that good cause exists to excuse...
