A jury convicted the defendant as an accessory before the fact to murder in the first degree. Represented by new counsel on appeal, the defendant argues that his motion for a required finding of not guilty should have been allowed. We reject the argument. The defendant also argues that he was improperly charged as an accessory because a principal felon had been acquitted of the murder before the defendant's trial...
