Defendant Synergy Group, Inc., doing business as Smith Bell Real Estate, appeals from a superior court judgment in favor of plaintiff Diana Carter. Carter's suit alleged that Smith Bell, through its agents, had made a number of misrepresentations and omissions in connection with her purchase of a house.
