This is a companion case to Lewis v. Swan, 49 Conn.App. 669, 716 A.2d 127 (1998). The complaints in both cases bear the same date, and both actions were dismissed in the same proceeding for lack of subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to motions to dismiss filed in each case.
