Kenneth A. Smith, a 40-year-old male with a tenth-grade education, sought review of a final decision of the Social Security Administration denying his applications for social security disability benefits. The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas granted summary judgment in favor of the Commissioner and Smith appeals.
