This is a criminal case in which appellant, Reyes J. Torres, also known as Jose Reyes-Torres, pled no contest to third degree sexual assault. The district court sentenced Torres to 1 year's probation and informed him of his duty to comply with Nebraska's Sex Offender Registration Act (SORA), Neb.Rev. Stat. § 29-4001 et seq.
