This matter is before the Court for final disciplinary action upon review of the September 25, 1997 Report of the Board on Professional Responsibility. The respondent, John A. Faraone, has been a member of the Bar of this Court since 1963. The Board found that Faraone violated various Rules of Professional Conduct by, among other things, misrepresenting material information and failing to correct certain misunderstandings...
