The partial summary judgment motion was originally filed as Xerox Corporation's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Second Amended Complaint (# 15) which sought dismissal of Counts III, IV, V, VIII, IX, X and XI of Plaintiffs' Second Amended Petition.
