The State requests a review of the trial court's ruling which granted Larry Jones' motion to suppress. We reverse and remand.

The defendant, Larry Jones, and co-defendant, Craig White, were arrested on September 9, 1997 for obstructing a public sidewalk, resisting arrest by flight from an officer, and possession of cocaine.
