This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (doc. 6). Plaintiff, Liberty Leasing Company, filed this action against Defendant, Jenny Lin Machamer, seeking to recover on two guarantees executed by Defendant on behalf of her husband's businesses.
