The defendants, Paul Mathis, Jr., and Paul Mathis, P.C., appeal from the district court's reversal of a bankruptcy court's grant of summary judgment to them on a claim that Mathis and his corporation converted money belonging to the estate of the debtor, Clipper International Corporation.
