[¶ 1] Lonnie Vondal appeals from a trial court order revoking his probation. We affirm.

[¶ 2] On April 27, 1995, Lonnie Vondal pled guilty to the class C felony of theft of property and was sentenced to five years in the North Dakota State Penitentiary, with three years suspended.
