This juvenile proceeding is before us for the second time. In the first appearance, we held that the county court sitting as a juvenile court had acquired jurisdiction over the subject child, Constance G., under the provisions of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 43-247(3)(a) (Reissue 1993), as a juvenile who was homeless or destitute, or without proper support through no fault of her parent, guardian, or custodian.
