WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

Fernando Diaz-Diaz appeals from the judgment of conviction entered by the district court1 following a jury verdict finding Diaz-Diaz guilty of the offense of unlawful reentry of a deported alien, a violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326. The United States cross-appeals from the sentence imposed by the district court. We affirm.
