MEMORANDUM OPINION

MICHAEL, Senior District Judge.

This Title VII "failure to hire" action concerns national origin discrimination. Because the court previously found that the plaintiffs had established a prima facie case of intentional discrimination and that the defendant had failed to rebut the presumption of discrimination by adducing any evidence of a "legitimate, nondiscriminatory reason" for the failure to hire,1
