Access Travel Incorporated sued Travel Professionals International, Inc. (TPI) for failure to pay commissions due under a franchise agreement. TPI counterclaimed for breach of contract. The trial court partially granted Access Travel's motion for summary judgment, offsetting certain unpaid franchise fees.
