This involuntary case was commenced under Chapter 7 with the filing of an Involuntary Petition against Taylor & Associates, L.P. on November 13, 1995, by James S. Bush.1 The Involuntary Petition was subsequently joined by twelve additional creditors. On December 1, 1995, Dudley W. Taylor filed a Motion to Dismiss Involuntary Petition2
