Before the Court are two consolidated appeals related to the confirmation of the Chapter 11 plan of Long Shot Drilling, Inc. One appeal is from an order confirming the plan of reorganization, and the second from an order granting a motion to modify the confirmed Chapter 11 plan. The appellant failed to obtain a stay pending appeal of either order, the Chapter 11 plan has been substantially consummated, and we are unable...
