This matter comes before this Court on the motion of defendants Yukong Line Limited ("Yukong Line"), Spruce Maritime S.A. ("Spruce Maritime"), and The Sanko Marine Co., Ltd. ("Sanko Marine") for enforcement of a forum selection clause and dismissal of the complaint of Union Steel America ("Union Steel"). For the reasons that follow, this Court will enforce the forum selection clause but will dismiss plaintiff's action...
