HANSEN, Circuit Judge.

Michael K. Jackson appeals the district court's1 affirmance of the Commissioner's denial of Social Security benefits. Although there has been an intervening change in the law, we conclude that the denial is consistent with that change. Thus, we affirm the decision of the district court. Also, subsequent to filing this appeal, Jackson filed a motion styled "Motion to Remand on the Basis of New and Material Evidence...
