The two appellants, Barbara Toth and the guardian ad litem to the minor child, appeal as of right from the probate court order confirming the adoption of the child by appellees Frank and Wanda Toth. In addition, appellants appeal as of right from the circuit court orders that (1) denied their respective motions to stay the adoption proceedings and assume full jurisdiction of the case, (2) dismissed the guardian ad litem, and (3) terminated the prior visitation...
