This appeal involves a dispute between Scott R. and Kristi M. Harrison (appellants and adult children of the deceased, Roger Dean Harrison) and Cathryn Harrison, their stepmother and administratrix of Roger's estate. Scott and Kristi appeal the trial court's summary judgment in Cathryn's favor and from the order of final settlement of the estate.
